1. General use
By accessing this website or using our contact and enquiry channels, you agree to use them lawfully and in good faith. The content on this website is provided for general business information and communication purposes.
2. Enquiries and communication
You may contact CAJ Digital Technologies through the website contact form, WhatsApp, or other communication methods made available by us. Sending an enquiry or discussing a possible project does not, by itself, create a binding contract for services unless both sides formally agree otherwise.
3. Quotes, estimates, and project discussions
- Any estimate, indicative price, or early discussion is provided for guidance unless explicitly confirmed as a final agreed commercial offer.
- Final pricing, scope, delivery expectations, and support terms depend on the agreed project requirements.
- We may refuse, pause, or redirect enquiries that are incomplete, unsuitable, unlawful, abusive, or outside our service scope.
4. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website structure, branding, written material, graphics, and business presentation content on this site belong to CAJ Digital Technologies or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them in a misleading or unauthorised way.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the website or communication channels for spam, unlawful activity, abusive behaviour, or attempts to disrupt our systems.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or harmful material through forms, uploads, or messaging flows.
- Do not attempt to probe, exploit, or interfere with the site or connected systems.
6. Third-party services
Our website and communication flows may rely on third-party providers for hosting, messaging, forms, analytics, and related infrastructure. We are not responsible for the external policies or technical availability of third-party services outside our direct control.
7. Connected Google services
Where you choose to connect a Google account, you authorise CAJ Digital Technologies to use the Google scopes shown on the consent screen for the feature you are setting up.
For Document Sources, Google Drive access is used only to show the connected account, validate the connection, list or select authorised folders and files, run document discovery, preview and import authorised files, and store selected records in the governed document archive. Calendar integrations are separate under Appointments.
You must only connect Google accounts, folders, files, and organisation data that you are authorised to use. You may disconnect a Google-connected source from the platform or revoke access from your Google Account settings. We may pause or remove a connected service if access is revoked, unavailable, non-compliant, or presents a security or operational risk.
8. Liability and availability
We aim to keep the website and communication channels useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. To the extent permitted by law, information on this site is provided without guarantees of completeness for every possible use case, and users should not rely on informal site content as a substitute for a signed project agreement or formal advice.
9. Privacy and data handling
Use of this website and our communication channels is also subject to our privacy and data handling practices.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply from the date shown above.
